About Kim

Journey

Background

Kim Grabovsky is Founder of MyCoachKim.Com. Since her undergraduate years at the University of Texas at Austin, Kim has immersed herself in the study of success, personal development, and maximum achievement.  She is an experienced, results driven, and accomplished professional with a competitive spirit and an insatiable appetite for learning.   Additionally, she has a passion for developing others to live an authentic and impactful life.

Failure and Triumph

After college, Kim was accepted into a management training program with Countrywide Home Loans.  During that time, she traveled all over the country learning just about every aspect of the mortgage business from a view of the whole mortgage process including the start of the mortgage process to the back end of selling loans to investors.  After the training program, she went into the wholesale division working with mortgage brokers.  After 3 months into her new position, she was written up for not hitting her numbers and was on the verge of getting fired.  It was a turning point for her in which she had to go all in or fold.  Challenges create opportunities so Kim chose to find a coach and successful mentors.  In two years time after much prayer and perserverance, she found herself at the top.  Accolades in her 9 year career in sales include earning a spot in the Platinum Producer’s Circle for Countrywide Home Loans.  Kim attained over $365 million in annual sales consistently exceeding targets and ranking #1 account executive  in Georgia and in the southeastern region for Countrywide.

The Game Changer

Kim’s professional life took a turn as she made preparations for a mission trip to Ukraine in May of 2008.  While creating her presentation entitled “Dare to Dream,” which was about designing and living out the life of your dreams, she realized that she wasn’t living out her own dreams and would have no credibility in giving the presentation if she didn’t follow her own teachings.  She had aspirations of becoming a coach.  Already a certified coach, Kim resigned from her mortgage position to pursue coaching and left for the mission trip feeling at peace that her decision restored her integrity.

Creating a Meaningful Life

Kim’s soul purpose is to champion highly motivated individuals, including leaders, business owners, managers, sales professionals, and executives to live up to their highest potential through strengths based coaching.  With over 19 years of experience in coaching and training sales professionals in financial services, she has delivered more than 1500 hours of coaching to over 200 clients.  Results achieved through working with Kim included improved relationship building skills, improved time management, increased productivity, increased confidence, improved ability to self-manage, and enhanced decision-making skills.
